The Royal Family Suites By Memoire Palace Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations in every way. The swimming pools were absolutely amazing, offering both saltwater and freshwater options, as well as a dedicated pool for kids. I loved starting my day with a yoga class on the top floor of the hotel, it was such a unique experience. The room itself was beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. The vegan breakfast options were a delightful surprise, and the variety of dishes was impressive. The location was also ideal, with the peacefulness of the hotel only a short 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away from the bustling town. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like occasional chaos at reception and average food quality at the restaurant, these were easily overshadowed by the overall excellence of the hotel. The lovely rooms, clean pool, great gym, and friendly staff more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, family-friendly, and welcoming stay. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Swimming pools were fantastic with salt water and fresh water options and the breakfast had a wide variety of local and European cuisine. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made my stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxurious! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the exclusive amenities and exceptional service offered by the staff. The Spa & wellness centre offered an array of relaxing treatments, including body scrub and full body massage, while the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect place to unwind in the sun. We also enjoyed dining in the restaurant, which offered a variety of delicious dishes.

The only minor downside was that sometimes the service could be slow, especially in the restaurant. However, this was quickly forgotten as the rest of our stay was absolutely perfect.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this resort surrounded by nature. Our room was beautifully designed and spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for us. The hotel’s wonderful amenities include the gym, yoga classes, and absolutely amazing swimming pools with saltwater, freshwater, and child sections that we loved. The breakfast options were very tasty, with both local and European dishes. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and made our stay more enjoyable.

Had a romantic escape that didn't quite hit the mark. First of all, the room was nicely decorated and had a comfortable bed. The restaurant was nice with a good view of the outdoor pool. Prices for food and drinks were fair. The location was also good as there were plenty of activities, restaurants, and shopping options in the area.

There were some negatives. The noise level was quite high throughout the day and night.
